That's a great connection to make, Savva. You can also think of this in terms of philanthropic grants and recipients meeting the terms of a restricted grant. But in this case, it would mean flipping it so that funders could publicly view impact assessments and then retroactively fund the impacts that they support.

I need to fully wrap my head around this one. Very interesting.
